Partially full of sand dumpy bag blocking kerb side

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2716117.

The bag has been left from long completed building work, it contains sand and is blocking the flow of drainage for the street. Causing an obstruction to cars parking. Outside 44.
