Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The drain is blocked/overflowing which is directing water to our house/side alley.

Drain is about 3 metres inside the pedestrian gate, just noticed the issue.

  • This is actually quite a serious issue - I'm surprised no action has been taken yet. When I visited the Rec Ground during heavy rain this week, I had to walk through a fast-moving river to get in the gate - the run-off from the concreted area is quite significant, and with the drain just inside the gate blocked, the water really gushes down towards the corner house and was the same height as the kerb running the length of Downend Park. Needs fixing ASAP!
