Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2724038.
Gulley covers clear, gulley dips here and there along one side, and doesn't slope down to gulley covers, Mina Rd, from Sevier St to York St junctions, and alongside St.Werburghs Park, worst bit 83/85 Mina Rd, St Werburgh's, Bristol BS2 9XP, the image doesn't do justice to what people have to suffer when a transit passes, btw splashing people is a road traffic offence, I got splashed 3m away, and knew better than to walk along path when vehicle(s) about to pass. A virtual no-go zone whenever decent amount of rain.
