Street signs and street furniture

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2725551.
Every day, several cars turn in Raglan Road and then go back down the road even though it is one way. Drivers I've stopped have told me that the cul-de-sac sign looks as if it is for the top of Raglan Road when in fact it is for Raglan Place. Please take this seriously. People walk down the road and because it is is one-way don't expect traffic to be coming from that direction. An accident is very likely. Street markings and arrows would be helpful.
