Misaligned traffic sensor causing queues, 7-second green phase

Reported via desktop in the Traffic lights category anonymously at 11:00, Sat 15 May 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

This apparently simple but long standing problem is caught on street view. The traffic lights seen aligned correctly in 2019 have blown around their pole in 2020 and are facing into the Storage facility on north side of Marsh street . This means the traffic sensor on the top cannot see the queue waiting to enter Winterstoke road from Marsh Road and a greenlight phase of only seven seconds results. i.e. about three vehicles legitimately passing, and a vehicle queue unnecessary idling for several minutes in Marsh Road. This fault appears to be very easily fixable and is causing unnecessary delay, frustration, amber-light-jumping, and fumes.
