Cars illegally parking

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2728440.

Cars regularly park by the bollards at entrance to the basket ball court. The bollard don's stop people parking there and it's difficult to pass, it's impossible for a people in a wheelchair or buggy, and they have to go in road.
