Light flickering and is almost out.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2733219.

Rusty light outside number 15 was flickering yesterday and then eventually stopped giving light. There is a slight glow, indicating that the light is on but it is not fulfilling its purpose in lighting up the street as normal.
