Lower Guinea Street has routinely had vehicles parked in the roadway and on the pavement. This is a Pedestrianised area but bollards have gone 'missing' at either end. New signs have just been erected prohibiting vehicles, but these have been ignored and vehicles are still parking all day, every day on this road. Many thanks for looking into this.

Cars continue to park in the pedestrian zone - ironically behind the no motor vehicles sign. Can parking enforcement action be taken?
