Drain blocked by mud

Reported via desktop in the Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 14:13, Wednesday 19 May 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

This drain had been recently cleared and blocked again, possibly as a result of building work in the locality where vans were noted as being parked over, and material was transported. it is blocked an creates a large puddle, making it difficult to pass by, especially for children who may have to cross over the busy main road instead. it is on the corner of Halsbury and coldharbour, as you turn right of Halsbury to go towards the traffic lights at the top of the hill towards St Albans church.
