Telephone manhole cover has hole in it.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2737816.

Manhole cover is rectangular and split into 40 small squares. There is a hole within this cover and is causing a risk to the many children who walk past this and could trip.
