Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
The deep puddle is back, blocking the whole of the access to the pedestrian underpass. Drain blocked by leaf matter and mud, compounded by litter that has floated down there to join the problem
This issue is currently under investigation. We'll provide updates on the outcome as soon as we can.

Attended site with contractors on Wednesday 2nd June, the floodwater had drained away and subways were clear. They have been booked in however to clear the drainage channels, unblock the gullies at the subway entrances and use drainage rods via the manholes to prevent any further flooding during heavy rainfall.
