Large Van and car obstructing rear access to Western Power Electricity Sub Station

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2745501.

Notice up saying 'no parking under threat of death'. Big van and a car parked behind it obstructing rear access to the electricity sub station. Caller says she has notified Western Power but hasn't got anywhere with them. Caller concerned that if there is an issue emergency vehicles will not be able to gain access as she lives nearby.
