Gully blcked and floods - 4 months now

This blocked gully (as with the one also reported close by) leads to excess water flowing onto the Wells Rd at the junction, causing dangerously high levels of surface water, especially for cyclists. Needs to be unblocked before a serious accident occurs at the junction.
