Road blocked by parked cars

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
Since resurfacing, cars have taken advantage of the absence of double yellows to park on both sides of the street. On three consecutive days buses have at various times been prevented from following their route because of parked cars. Surely it would be possible to put down cones, at least on one side, to prevent this happening, until the yellow lines are reinstated?
A new enquiry has been raised for this issue.

Again road blocked by cars parking up to the junction of Observatory Road. I have reported this issue a number of times with no response. If they can put cones out around the street parking payment machines to allow the gras to be strimmer then why can't cones be placed on the road where the yellow lines were in till they can be repainted. Every busy weekend the road is blocked with people parking up to the junction and then the 505, 8 and open top buses can't get through and suffer abuse from frustrated car drivers. This has been going on for months when will this be resolved.
