There is a path from next to 30 Whitehall Avenue. The path includes a set of steps. There is a dangerous dip in the path just before the steps that needs urgent attention. This issue was first reported 27 December 2020, but has still not been fixed! If somepne trips here, they may fall down the flight of steps.
