I emailed a month ago with the same problem and not heard back. I spoke to care taker today and he tried to pull them up but went flying due to them being so thick. so stoped b4 he injure his self. this is going to start damaging the walls and is outside my bedroom. window. the grass near here too (which is a bank) has not been cut either and have noticed alot of rubbish being left. please sort out.
