Overgrown shrubs obstructing pathway and covering railing

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Shrubs covering railing which makes then unable to use and therefore makes it difficult to walk safely down path. Also part of railing Brocken. Path leads from bishopsworth Rd down to manor woods
