A previous problem has been reported, twice, at this location. That was eventually resolved. However, there is now a bigger problem with dumped sofa and packaging as well as overflowing bins which should not be on the pavement. Location is at junction of West Street and Sion Road. Would be grateful if the residents here could be talked to. Bristol Waste, with the help of the Council, do need to sort out the issue of recycling and wheelie bins being left on pavements.
