Metal cover sunken and hole created in tarmac near Chinese shop

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Round? metal cover sunken just before the Chinese shop at no. 455 Whitehall Road. Hole in tarmack as well. Buses go up and down the road. Please repair. Thanks.
