When is the flooding issue beneath the bridge at the junction with Easton Road/Whitehall Road going to be resolved?

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2764020.

After medium to heavy rain there's usually a body of water pooling under the bridge. Difficult for vehicles to navigate. Long standing issue over years. When will the drainage be repaired/replaced?
