Same thing every year. Small oak trees growing out of hedges across pavement and they are full of sticky stuff.

Still open, via questionnaire -
Photo taken a couple of weeks ago. Completely covers the footpath. This problem happens every year. When they do finally cut it they don't cut it back enough.
