Poor quality of surface dressing

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Complaint that surface dressing on Snowdon Road poor quality for various reasons: outside 9 Snowdon Road contractors have covered a tin can into the road surface, can is half sticking out of tarmac. When replacing Yellow lines none are straight. Dumped yellow paint down gully drain staining the drain cover - outside number 16. Gullies are all been blocked with surface dressing materials. Company was Hooke Highways.
