Un marked obstruction

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Not a manhole cover!!! After a recent resurface the obstruction in the road has been left unmarked and a dangerous hazzard! My daughter not seeing it ran over it,slashing the tyre and causing her to swerve into oncoming traffic I want as a minimum reimbursing for a new tyre I have already complained and was fobbed off by claiming it was a manhole cover!..check the photos.   • Waste of time complaining...i was just fobbed off with lies ..It was only fair that I recieve reimbursment for a new tyre as the traffic calming measure was left unmarked and a dangerous hazzard.

  • Road has been painted to highlight the road calming hazzard but did fobbed me off with lies so as not to accept my claim for tyre damage

  • This has still not been fixed and at night in particular is a traffic hazard particularly for cyclists
