Trip hazard, elderly person in danger

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

This was left by contractors whilst replacing cabling down the ally way. It is a trip hazard for elderly people in the vicinity.

  • Still no action taken. Unfortunately this is not Clifton or Montpellier where this sort of issue is acted on quickly. So until the council take responsibility for their contractors please be vigilant when using the pavements in Whitchurch lane!

  • Here we are in September and still no progress on getting this fixed! Where has the mayor spent the additional money government gave to fix the roads and pavements this year. No doubt cycle lanes in central BRISTOL for the very few that use them.

  • Stil remains unfixed. And with dark nights upon us the risk of a trip or fall has increased as this is at the head of the pedestrian walkway.

  • Still as is. Having walked through Clifton recently it was very clear where the council money is being spent on pavement and road maintenance. Again south Bristol being left out of any maintenance schedules. 10 months and still not fixed very poor.
