Tables and chairs on the pavement
Reported via desktop in the Obstruction category by Jane Oliver at 11:50, Thu 10 June 2021
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2782095.
A row of tables and chairs have been placed on the pavement of Church Road, between the junctions with Cossham Road and Blackswarth Road. The pavement here is already narrow, made worse by a pub placing tables and chairs on the pavement.

Just like so many other issues, this is being ignored by the Council. Reported in June, but still no reply or action by the Council!

This part of the pavement is wide enough for tables and chairs - and pubs and bars have to have permission to do this from the council. I believe they have permission. 2-3 2 seater bistro style tables and chairs is not a public highway problem.
