Random row of cones being placed in road for no reason

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction category anonymously at 11:53, Thu 10 June 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Someone keeps placing a row of traffic cones in the road in Pilemarsh. There is already double yellow lines at the location. No indication of any road works in the area, so do not know why red cones are frequently being placed in the road. The cones are only in the road on 'school days' so it could be St Patricks School trying to restrict use of the highway for some reason. Please arrange for the cones to be removed, or advise here what authority has been given for them to be placed in the road.
