Lamp permanantly lit

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2784924.

The original "permanently lit" report was maked as "fixed" on Wednesday 9 June. Well, it was "fixed" for about 24 hours but it is now permanently lit again!
