Domestic building obstruction blocking pavement

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2785945.

Domestic building obstruction on pavement near top of Churchways Avenue (left hand side walking UP). It is a nuisance and a hazard for pedestrians. It also sticks out into the road. These materials should be stored in the garden where the work is being done!!
