Excess loose chippings from recent resurfacing at junction of Edna Avenu/Sherwell Roade

Reported via desktop in the General Highways Enquiry category anonymously at 19:23, Sat 12 June 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Edna Avenue was resurfaced 6th June 2021 and the top layer is loose chippings. There is an excess of chippings which is making driving up/down Edna difficult. The entrance to Edna Ave from Sherwell Rd is atrocious, with loose chippings spraying everywhere. The cars are finding it difficult to get traction as they go up the brow of the hill and turn into Sherwell Rd, resulting in a number of near misses as cars loose control. The noise from the cars driving in/out during the evenings/night is very annoying when people have their windows open in this hot weather.
