Damaged / collapsed drain cover in road

There is a damaged / collapsed drain cover in the road heading towards Fishponds just after the Zebra crossing and Kimberley Road which has created a dip / pothole in the road surface. This is creating a hazard for vehicles hitting this spot in the road.

Between Cassell Road and Kimberley Rd. just after Zebra crossing to be precise. Road / drain cover is sunken creating a dip, which if caught by the wheels is a significant thud.
