Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2798629.

This footpath is included on our annual vegetation control schedule and the vegetation is cut back 3 times a year. It was last cut on 09/06/21 and the 2nd cut will be in late August, with a 3rd cut in early October.
I will review the litter situation.
Thanks for you reporting this.
