Over grown hedge and fly tipping

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction category anonymously at 16:15, Thu 17 June 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Ongoing problem with overgrown hedge from 9 Barrow Hill Road property. (see previous reports that BCC continue to ignore) This hedge is now touching the garage of 5 Barrow Hill Road and is now blocking rightful access we have to use our back garden exits or park our cars in our garages (some residents have disabilities and the lane way is a lifeline). Fly tipping continues in this lane way and cannot be cleared by BCC waste department. On top of that we now have an added health/environmental hazard due to infestation of rats and mice so BCC will need to get their environmental health department to clear this as well. SCAF (Shirehampton Community Action Forum) and our local councillor Mr Alexander have both visited the area, taken photos and are now on this case as well to get this monstrosity of a problem sorted. This needs emergency attention due to health hazard, access and disability issues.
