Outside 20 Sydenham Road there is a skip and building materials that have been deposited taking up approx. three car parking spaces, there is no valid licence for these, please investigate thanks

Nothing has changed. Skip is still there along with new deliveries of building materials.

More building materials have been delivered causing further obstruction

The situation is worsened by the erection of a 'temporary' wooden barrier which reduces the pavement width by around 30-35 cms.
