Missing 30mph speed limit sign!

Reported via mobile in the Road Signage category anonymously at 09:47, Sat 19 June 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Right at the beginning of Stapleton road, going towards frenchay & next to the m32 slip road There is a missing 30mph sign! (it should really be 20mph for how dangerouslay fast people drive along the road) it has been missing for years! I’ve emailed previously... the exit on the opposite side towards Easton is 20mph with speed bumps! We’ve had 2 cars written off along here outside our house & you’ve literally got to risk your lives just getting in & out for your cars due to the speed people drive when leaving the roundabout going towards Frenchay, I really hope something can be finally done about this? 20mph or 30mph we would feel a lot safer.....Thankyou & look forward to hearing from you...

  • Hello, just wondering if there are there any new updates about this? It’s getting worse…regarding the speed & how dangerously people drive down this road! Parking & literally getting into & out of cars is dangerous, hopefully something will be done to help soon?
