Smelly stinky drsins

Reported via desktop in the Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 08:49, Sunday 20 June 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Hi I’ve reported this x 3. Awful smell from drains. From front of house round to back. I called Wessex they came around with camera had a look at the drains they’re responsible for they are all fine. They then said. Our drain gully’s should be cleaned at least once each year the vents checked. Also there is a hole in gully where animals could get trapped. I have no immune system please clean drains and have a look. I know your busy because of Covid. But nevertheless this is unhygienic When did you last clean suction drains
