The tree roots have grown under the boundary wall causing the wall to crack the tree roots are growing across the garden and will damage the drainage and house foundations.

The tree root has become progressively worse as the tree has grown. The wall has cracked and the structural integrity has been affected. If the roots continue to grow they will impact on the adjacent drainage and the house foundations.

The tree roots are encroaching across the front garden of Unit 30 Coniston Avenue and the crack in the front boundary wall has got bigger, the pavement area is uneven and presents a trip hazard.
