Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2809464.
Gully has heavy layer of leaves etc and not draining properly. Not located on map, but previously cleared under reference ST5776SE. Located at end of lane that runs parallel with Northumbria Drive, accessed via lane on Northumbria Drive

Hi When is this going to be scheduled for clearing? There have been previous occasions of flooding causing damage in garages and heavy rain is forecast for this week

Hi The drain is accessed via adopted lane between house numbers 13 & 15 on Northumbria drive, Henleaze. Turn into lane from Northumbria Drive, then turn right at lane T junction and drain at end of lane next to grey garage door and wood garden gate

Contacted council again by phone. Operator will contact the department responsible (who had not followed up the fix my street portal) for drain clearance directly, to ensure work gets done promptly.
