Overgrown shrubs doing damage

I'm afraid I must ask you to return (you have been twice before) to remove rampant undergrowth beyond my fence in Wesley Close, Whitehall, Bristol, BS5 7EF, which is engulfing the tree in the garden behind and damaging the fence. On previous occasions you have simply pruned the predator tree/shrub which is doing the damage. May I ask you to either uproot it or simply saw the trunk of it horizontally low down so it can't cause any more trouble. Ideally the entire area within the marked area on image 1 should be cleared. (You could go wider than that but other areas do not affect me). To confirm, this is Wesley Close, accessed from Gordon Avenue, and cannot be accessed from Thurstons Barton, where I live, as you tried to do last time.
