Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
Other things have been raised already. Things closed even though problem not fixed. I have reported before. I have asked to reopen this when closed before. Still an issue. It has rained. It has flooded. Please actually resolve before closing because this keeps happening and when it dries up that isnt the problem solved - thanks

We are aware of recent flooding at this location and the pump beneath the footway in the subway tunnel was serviced by our specialist pump contractors on 18th June. ETM had also cleared blockages in the gullies and drainage channels very recently as well as that was contributing towards the rainwater not entering the sump chamber.
I have inspected the subway earlier this morning and it was clear and accessible.
