Foul sewage smell coming from drain

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

There is a foul sewage smell coming from the drain. It can be smelt in the residential properties above. The smell is not constant but usually kicks in by mid afternoon. Wessex Water have visited this morning and confirmed that it needed to be referred to Bristol City Council. The drain is on Fairfield Rd outside the Launderette. Please can this be resolved asap.
