Railing not replaced or hole filled

Reported via mobile in the Street Furniture category anonymously at 14:47, Mon 28 June 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Made a previous report here about railings/barriers being ripped out (2768080). Circles were sprayed and the report marked as closed. I gave the benefit of the doubt, thinking this was just an admin quirk and the matter was now with the street team but it's now about four weeks later and nothing further has been done - there are still no railings and there are holes in the ground.

  • Cichane barrier have still not been replaced.

The issue has been discussed, in person, with the local police beat team (as this criminal damage/vandalism has a crime reference number).

The chicane was originally installed as a crime reduction measure - and needs replacing with some urgency.

    Kind regards

  • The barriers have still not been replaced. The cut through is being used by riders on stolen motorbikes regularly making it unsafe for pedestrians. This has been reported to the police on several occasions.
