Damaged railing A4 Portway

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

There is a damaged railing near the pedestrian crossing on A4 Portway, close to where Woodwell Road meets the Portway. The railing has very obviously been struck and is in danger of being clipped by a motorist.
