Every time there is heavy rain there is a flood where the path is dipped to allow buggys to cross the road

Every time there is heavy rain the Hallen road floods where there is a pedestrian dip in the pavement for pedestrians, ,buggies prams etc to cross the road.There is also a blocked drain on Windmill lane on the left side as you enter windmill lane from Hallen road,outside no.5,Windmill lane.
