Slippery covers at an angle

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
The utility covers on the pavement are worn and slippery, they are also at an angle. There are 3. One outside That Art Gallery on Upper Maudlin st, the others across the road by the bins/road sign
A new enquiry has been raised for this issue.
