Parking space too close to our driveway

The road surface has recently been redone and there are currently no markings for the parking space outside our property at 2 Wedmore Vale, meaning that when cars park in the space they often park too far back, obstructing our dropped curb/driveway, making it difficult to get our car in and out. Even when the parking space was marked before the surface was redone, cars often parked right at the back of the space, slightly blocking our access. It's a very busy junction and reversing out onto the road is tricky enough as it is without being partially blocked by parked cars. When the road markings are eventually redone, please can you ensure that the parking space is as far down Wedmore Vale, towards St Johns Lane, as possible; so that when cars park there, they do not obstruct access to our driveway. We don't want to do away with the space entirely as it is often handy for our guests, but we need to make sure it doesn't obstruct our driveway at all.
Thanks very much.
