Drain which is in the middle of pavement cover is broken and now completely removed exposing water. A child or adult not noticing their foot may go into the sewage

The drain cover was broken then it looked like a week later someone completely put their foot through it. Now the cover is completely removed and the water level is exposed and some has leaked out all over the pavement. There’s a open drain with now cover at all. It’s outside the cottage. Middle of Cobourg rd.

    Strangely someone’s foot got caught in the drain today and I seen them taking a picture of it. This is our number 47 or 44 I think
