Caravan obstructing pavement

A caravan has been dumped on the pavement obstructing pedestrians. Caravan needs to be removed asap. Crown Hill is a VERY steep hill, so also worried about potential for caravan to roll down the hill.

From a BS7 resident Please report this to the police on the 101 line. Provide them with reg, make/model etc. The caravan owner is committing 2 criminal offences: 1. Illegally driving onto the pavement (see Highway Code 145) 2. Causing a dangerous obstruction for pedestrians.
When calling 101 be sure to let them know about these two offences and how often this motorist is breaking the law.
