Over grow hedges obstructing footpath

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction category by Ben Martin at 10:11, Sat 3 July 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Number 12 has not cut hedges, they are very overgrown, over the pavement. This means that disabled people, the elderly and local school kids are forced into the road. As the road is used a rat run with cars severely speeding at 30mph + despite being a 20mph road, there is substantial danger of an accident.
