Extremely large pot holes causing damage to cars

These potholes have been here for over a year and I’ve reported them 3 times in the past with no response or updates. They were repaired a couple of years ago but it was done very cheaply and not properly hence why they returned within 6 months of repair! They are in the parking area of Kingsweston House adjacent to Shirehampton Golf Course on the B4054.
