New road is not levelled with old existing one

This is a serious concern as St Werburghs is potentially at risk of flooding, this new road for the former Brooks factory new buildings, Magdalene Place corner with Southey Road, leaves the side towards The round about up to Ashley hill, Magdalene place between numbers 60 and 52 completely sunk completely from both sides and risking of unavoidable flooding if not properly assessed and measures taken
